The “Steklocom” company was founded in 2002. Our work began with purchase and installation of the first in region full-fledged manufacturing line for producing of glass packets of building purpose. Our guideline was producing of glass packets of industrial purpose, of any configuration in substantial sizes and short terms.

At the same time with the line for glass packets we installed equipment for producing windows of PVC. Our close relations with Perm builders assisted that. And in the first place relations with the Perm factory of silicate panels, at the territory of which our main base and manufacturing are placed. Almost all the houses built by PFSP are equipped with our windows.

When choosing equipment we are guided by the world authorities. It’s not an occasion that our choice is the technological line of the Austrian company “Lisec”, an acknowledged leader in the area of producing equipment for manufacturing of glass packets.

LLC “Steklocom” today — is now TWO major automated manufacturing lines, which are served by 20 specialists. By using modern equipment and the glass of the M1 brand, produced by leading glass factories of Russia, and also quality consumables and technologies of leading foreign companies, we produce glass packets of the true high quality.

Our manufacturing of PVC constructions is multifunctional and undergo strict quality control at the each stage of manufacturing. This enables to produce different production — windows, doors, stained-glass windows, loggias. When producing PVC windows we use triple- and five-chambered profiles of German brand “KBE” and Korean “LG”, and all the production is performed with the equipment of German company “ELUMATEC”.

Going for the demand increase and the requirements of the window and glass packet market, in addition to the present technological lines we plan to set additional equipment. At the present time the glass hardening furnace by Finnish company “TAMGLASS” is installed at our enterprise.

In spite of the fact that the main part of manufacturing is automated, our enterprise has the high-class staff. To work at the modern equipment our specialists go through trainings, work at the professional development.

Naturally, from the first days of work we strictly watch over the quality of our production. Our glass packets meet all the regulatory requirements and GOSTs, have all the required licenses and certificates.

Our automated lines enable to produce single- and double-chambered glass packets of different sizes (to 3000x2500mm), shapes and configurations: rectangular, triangular, arched, rounded and others from different types of glass, including “soft Low-E” and hard “K” covering. Lines are also equipped with functions, enabling to fill chambers with inert gas (argon) straight during the manufacturing process of glass packets. At the present day we have an opportunity to offer glass packets, made with the application of: industrial triplex “Stratobel”, tinted in mass, hardened and power efficient glass of such brands as “Stopsol”, “Sunerdgy”, “Eclipse Advantage” and so on.
